Digiexpert Australia operates Digiexpert Reporting Automation, an internal marketing reporting system. This policy explains how information is handled when authorised users connect supported services.

Information we access

When an authorised account is connected, the application may access marketing and operational data from Google, Meta, or ClickUp, such as campaign performance, analytics, business profile metrics, search performance, and task information. We may also receive the account identifier and basic profile information needed to maintain the connection.

How we use information

We use connected data to produce internal dashboards, client performance reports, operational summaries, data validation results, and related agency services. We do not sell connected data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored in Digiexpert’s private reporting environment and is accessible only to authorised Digiexpert personnel and relevant client representatives. We do not share data with third parties except service providers needed to operate the application or where required by law.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as it is needed for reporting, business records, or the relevant client relationship. An authorised account owner may request disconnection or deletion of data associated with that connection.

Security

We use access controls and a private server environment to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
