Purpose of this application
Digiexpert Reporting automates the collection, validation, and presentation of client marketing performance information. Authorised Digiexpert personnel use the resulting dashboards to prepare client reports, monitor campaign performance, identify data-quality issues, and support agency operational planning.
It is not a public self-service product. Access to reporting dashboards is restricted separately through Digiexpert’s private access controls.
Why we request access to Google user data
With a client’s or authorised account owner’s permission, Digiexpert Reporting requests read-only access to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile reporting data. This can include account, property, campaign, search-performance, website-traffic, advertising, and business-profile metrics.
We use this Google user data only to calculate and display the authorised client’s marketing reports, dashboards, performance comparisons, and agency summaries. The application does not modify Google accounts, publish content, sell Google user data, or use it for unrelated advertising.
Other connected services
The system may also retrieve reporting data from Meta services and task information from ClickUp for the same reporting and agency-operations purposes. We do not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Why Digiexpert Reporting requests Google access
Google Analytics — read-only access
analytics.readonly
Digiexpert Reporting retrieves read-only Google Analytics 4 metrics, including users, sessions, traffic sources, engagement, conversions, and revenue, for properties the authorising user can access. The data is used to generate internal client reports and agency dashboards. The application does not modify Analytics data, properties, or settings. This is the narrowest scope that supports GA4 reporting.
Google Ads — reporting access
adwords
Digiexpert Reporting retrieves campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and conversion value, for Google Ads accounts the authorising user can access. The data is used in internal client reports and agency dashboards. The application performs reporting queries only and does not create, edit, or delete campaigns, advertisements, budgets, bids, or account settings. Google Ads does not provide a narrower reporting-only OAuth scope.
Read the Digiexpert Reporting Privacy Policy to learn how connected-service data is accessed, used, stored, retained, and shared.
